Haeundae's infamous "609" red-light district is finally a thing of the past, after 70-years of shame from the district as being one of the top three prostitution areas in the city.
The city of Busan has decided to extend the administrative orders of prohibiting mass gatherings at 71 entertainment facilities to reduce risks of cluster infections of COVID-19.
Busan Health Authority announced yesterday that 175 out of 177 people in contact with the most recently confirmed high school student, confirmed patient number 144, have tested negative, with two others scheduled to be tested.
