짱 [ jjang ]
When 짱 is used as a noun, it means ‘the best’ , ‘(something or someone) great’, ‘the captain’, or ‘the master(expert)’. It is usually used with 이다 [ ida ], to be polite, 입니다 [ imnida ], to be polite to a person 이십니다 [ isimnida ], at the end.
ex)
A) You push the button and you will get this. B) 와, 짱이다! (Wow, that’s great!)
A) I did it already so you don’t need to do it. B) 짱이십니다! (You are the best!)
