Busan Destinations: 2019 Seomyeon Tree Festival Begins its Inaugural Festival Tomorrow

The 2019 Seomyeon Tree Festival kicks off its first edition from tomorrow.

The new Christmas tree festival in ​​Busanjin-gu in Seomyeon behind Judies Taehwa will run from November 15 to January 5 next year.

The city will reportedly invest 400 million won to install Christmas trees and sculptures in the area of ​​Dongcheon-ro, Jeonpo-dong, and 692beon-gil, Jungjeon-daero, in Bujeon-dong.

The new festival is being established to commemorate the Korea-ASEAN summit in November.

It will host a variety of programs including busking and street performances.
