Busan’s Rescue Dogs Find Elderly Woman Lost in the Mountains

Three rescue dogs searched and found a woman in her 90s lost in the woods.
At 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday, a report was made to the fire station asking the authorities to look for the caller’s mother who went out in the morning into the mountains.
The fire headquarters sent out 119 rescue dogs, to search the Mount Sanggyebong area in Mandeok-dong, Buk-gu.
At 5:20 a.m. yesterday, the firefighter’s rescue dog “Hero” found a 92-year-old woman unable to move after she fell in the valley of Mount Sanggyebong.
According to the fire department, the woman is in no critical health condition.
The rescue dogs of the special rescue team of Busan’s fire department have been called out for help 120 times this year to rescue 8 people so far.
Busan Fire Department has three rescue dogs which are two shepherd breeds named Yeongwoong and Yuri, and a Malinois breed named Choonseong.
