Busan International Foreign School Joins in Sewol Mourning with Yellow Ribbon Tying Ceremony

BUSAN, South Korea -- On Tuesday 29th April Busan International International Foreign School held a yellow ribbon tying event in remembrance of those who lost their lives in the Sewol tragedy.

Students gathered together on the school's campus to tie the ribbons before joining in a minute's silence to consider the many young lives that were cut short by the disaster.

Head of School Mr. Stephen Palmer, who led the event, explained to the children gathered how they were joining the whole of Korea in mourning the loss of children who had their entire lives in front of them.
