Under the current plan, the property will be transformed into the Global Quantum Complex, a 60-story high-rise development that aims to combine residential, commercial, and advanced technology functions.
The project is expected to include quantum computing infrastructure capable of supporting research and services in areas such as drug development, logistics, cybersecurity, and advanced data processing.
Construction is expected to be carried out by Daewoo Engineering & Construction, with completion targeted for 2031.
