Cruise Passengers to Busan Rises Sharply in H1

Cruise passengers to Busan saw a significant rise in the first half of 2019.

The city of Busan saw 93,919 passengers in the first six months of the year, a 30.3% increase over 2018.

Japan saw the most passengers with 32,046 followed by Americans, Taiwanese and Australians.

Taiwanese saw the largest gain with an over 200% increase in passengers, followed by Australians at 75%, Americans at 40% and Japanese at 19.2%.
