Fan Beats Up Mascot at Incheon-Daejon K League Match


INCHEON, South Korea – A Daejon Citizen supporter attacked the Incheon United mascot yesterday at the conclusion of the match between the two clubs, which Incheon won 2-1.

The fan was not impressed by what spectators said was "waving goodbye" to the losing sides fans, and attacked. Security was quick to jump in and restrain the fan.

Fights were also reported outside the stadium according to Twitter reports of fans in attendance. An ambulance and police were also reported to be called to the scene.
