The area around the old Haeundae Station is quickly being developed into the hottest new spot for real estate as four new high rise apartments are set to be built.
Starting in February next year, a total of 2,500 households in four large-scale apartments will enter the area over the next three years.
10 apartment complexes are expected to be built as high-rise buildings of 40 stories or more, and are expected to form a high-rise skyline similar to those seen in Marine City and Centum City. Seven of them, including four at Lotte Castle and three at the new Sfunz development, are slated to be 49 stories each.
With proximity to the subway and walking distance to the beach, these properties have become premium real estate for would-be investors.
The first is expected to open in February of next year with all of the apartments set to be completed by March of 2021.
