Free Outdoor Movie Screenings at Busan Cinema Center

Beginning in the summer of 2012, ‘Free Outdoor Movie Screenings’ have been held at the Busan Cinema Center.

The ‘2017 Free Outdoor Movie Screenings at Busan Cinema Center’ will be held every Wednesday from May to September at 8 pm at the outdoor theater of the Busan Cinema Center.

The outdoor theater, where the opening and closing ceremonies of the Busan International Film Festival are held, has 4,000 seats under a giant roof, which has become a symbol of the Busan Cinema Center.

Monthly-themed movies will be screened at the 2017 Free Outdoor Movie Screenings at the Busan Cinema Center’.

July 19: The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1

July 26: The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2

Musical Film

August 9: Sunshine on Leith

August 16: La Famille Bélier


September 6: Kanche (English subtitles)

September 20: Architecture 101

On July 1st and August 5th, silent films will be screened with musical performances by the Dureraum Wind Orchestra. The event will also be part of the ‘2017 Free Outdoor Movie Screenings at Busan Cinema Center.’

Saturday, July 1 at 8:00 p.m. – Pat & Mat (Animated series)

Saturday, August 5 at 8:00 p.m. – movie still undecided
