Visitors to Haeundae Beach this summer will get the opportunity to see the ocean view from the sky, as the district has announced they will begin operations of hot air balloons.
An official at the Haeundae Tourist Facilities Office said, “Hot air balloons on the ground line can reach up to 15m in the air, and visitors can look down on the beautiful Haeundae beach.”
The balloons are expected to be available at the end of Haeundae Beach in Mipo.
Additionally, the water slide and other leisure equipment that was available last year will also be back this year.
Night movies are also scheduled to be shown in a family friendly area on the beach.
This year also will see the introduction of the “Haeundae Memorial Photo Gallery”, which allows tourists to print photos taken with their mobile phones on the go.
The Haeundae Meditation Sound Concert and Fusion concert where famous musicians will come to perform, such as the TV program ‘Yoo Hee-Yeol’s Sketchbook’, are also set to be operated this year.
