Kota Kinabalu Mosque Closes After Women Perform Sexy K-Pop Routine on the Mosque Walls

A mosque in Malaysia has banned tourists from visiting after a video of two women dancing in front of the site was shared online.

The two women, who were wearing shorts and with bare abdomens, were filmed dancing on a wall in front of the Kota Kinabalu City Mosque on Borneo Island.

The video showed them performing a K-pop dance routine on one of the mosque’s walls, while a third individual recorded them according to Malaysian media.

Authorities are trying to identify the pair, who have been described as foreigners of east Asian appearance.

There were plenty of signs “visible throughout the grounds reminding tourists to observe the rules of the compound,” said Datuk Jamal Run Sakaran, the mosque’s chairman.

Footage of the incident has been viewed around 270,000 times on Facebook.

Authorities are looking to identify the individuals and take strong action against them.
