Matt McKay Joins Socceroos in Denmark

BUSAN, South Korea – Busan IPark midfielder Matt McKay left South Korea yesterday for Denmark to join the Socceroos for their Saturday friendly with 10th ranked Denmark at Parken Stadium in Copenhagen.

The midfielder also suffered a broken nose this week during an FA Cup match in Korea, but insisted he will play through the injury.

McKay was inadvertently elbowed during Wednesday night's FA Cup 1-0 loss to National League club Goyang Kookmin Bank, but managed to suit up and play the full 90 minutes for Busan IPark in Monday's K League match, a 0-0 draw with Chunnam Dragons.
