Re:moon, which was on display at Dalmaji Park earlier this year, is a moon-jar-shaped piece of artwork made from approximately 600 discarded automobile headlights. It conveys the messages of ‘the revival of dead lights’ and ‘the cycle of nature.’
This monumental piece, towering about four meters high, was unveiled at the 2025 Seoul Lantern Festival (Cheonggyecheon Stream) and received enthusiastic praise from both the public and the art community.
The reinstallation of Re:moon in the garden, is a special exhibition commemorating the World Heritage Committee session.
