Night Swimming in Haeundae Returns July 26

Haeundae Beach will once again be open to swim at night beginning July 26th.

For the fourth year in a row, the Haeundae-gu district has decided to extend opening hours for part of Haeundae Beach to the public until 9 p.m. from July 26 – August 11.

The beach is usually open to the public for swimming until 6:30 p.m. during the summer season.

A 200 X 50 meter area in front of the tourist information center building in Haeundae Beach will be opened for night swimming.

Swimming could be prohibited at Haeundae Beach due to strong currents, inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances.
