Number of People Being Monitored for COVID-19 Decreasing in Busan

The number of people in Busan being monitored for the COVID-19 virus has decreased for the first time.

According to Busan Health Authorities, as of 11 am Friday morning, there were 104 people being monitored for Covid-19 today, 2 less than the day before.

A city official said, while those being monitored has decreased for the first time, it’s still too early to say the situation has improved.

The official added that the end of this month to the beginning of next month will be a hurdle for the outbreak as a large number of Chinese people return from visiting their home country.
