What You Need to Know About Carry-On and Checked Luggage at Airports in S. Korea

If you are wondering what items should be checked-in or if they are allowed on board when you are flying, look no further.

The Ministry of Land, Transport and Infrastructure in Korea has launched a new website with a search engine service which will allow you to check what you can and cannot take aboard airplanes in the country, as well as help you pack by informing you what should be in carry-on or into checked luggage.

You can check out the information here, an Aviation Security Voluntary Reporting System operating under the website of the Korea Transportation Safety Authority.

The service is available in English.

More than 3 million items were confiscated at Incheon International Airport last year according to the ministry.
